Jar Question:
What would be your advice for someone having their first child?
I'd hate to give advice to anyone having their first child since I have no children of my own. I'd like to think that I would tell them to spend as much time with their spouse as they can before the baby is born, since their lives will change for the better once the baby is here. I'd tell them to focus on enjoying their pregnancy. I'd probably tell them to try to limit the complaining - while I'm sure that being pregnant can become uncomfortable, there are numerous couples that would change places with "you" in a heartbeat.
